1) Licensing– Permission to copy lead sheets, chord charts, lyrics, graphics or audio files is limited and must be done in accordance with the licensing terms of A.M.TuneShop. Licenses and permissions are non-transferable.
2) Sharing files – Materials purchased from A.M.TuneShop must not be shared with other churches, individuals or organizations outside of the purchasing organization. Each church/theatrical entity must buy its own materials. If you change employers or churches, for example, and want to perform “WAiT-it’s a musical!” the new organization must purchase its own performance materials to be granted a performance right.
3) Copyright -All A.M.TuneShop materials, including scripts and lyrics, are copyright protected and cannot be edited or changed without express permission from the copyright owner. Granting of permission to edit for a specific performance does not convey authorship rights.
